John Meyer, Designated Broker
John Meyer, principal and designated broker of Airport Property Specialists, LLC, has 22 years of experience in the Corporate and General Aviation industry, including positions as Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Jets, an FBO at Scottsdale Airport, and General Manager of Turbofan Aircraft Program with Honeywell. This experience gives him a broad knowledge of all aspects of airport operations, aircraft sales, charter, aircraft management, maintenance, and FBO services. Mr. Meyer's intimate knowledge of aviation is extremely important to marketing properties related to and impacted by general and commercial aviation.

As designated broker of Airport Property Specialists, Mr. Meyer is actively involved in commercial real estate. He specializes in the development of airpark and airport properties, along with properties affected by general and commercial aviation in the Greater Phoenix Area. He is a member of the National, Arizona and Scottsdale Association of Realtors®. Through the efforts of Mr. Meyer, the Air Commerce Center, an office/hangar building at Scottsdale Airport, was recognized as the Office Building of the Year Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
 

Matthew Carnes, Associate Broker
As a former Associate broker of Pulte/Del Webb homes (ranked #1 in customer satisfaction by JD Power and Associates in 2002 among all homebuilders in the Phoenix market) Matthew has built a reputation on strong, lasting relationships with others. He also has an eye for detail and has been an asset in the area of contract review, market research and leadership training. He is currently studying to obtain a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which will further his expertise in the commercial arena.

Matthew enjoys riding motorcycles in the desert and playing volleyball, chess and guitar. He is an aviation enthusiast and will be obtaining his private pilot's license in the near future. He is also very active at Chandler based Gateway Life Church.
 

Mark Crismon, Associate Broker
Mark possesses a Master’s Degree (MBA) in International Finance from The American Graduate School of International Business (aka ‘Thunderbird’), which he attended on a scholarship, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University; additional education includes Journalism, Computers and Performing Arts. Mark has also attained a real estate Broker’s license to better assist his clients.

Having achieved success in International Consulting, Mark decided in 1997 to embark upon a career in Commercial Real Estate and has worked full-time in the Valley ever since. In 2002, Mark moved his base of operations to Scottsdale Airpark and specializes in helping clients locate optimal Office and Industrial properties for their businesses. In addition to his expertise in the Scottsdale Airpark market, Mark can draw upon his years of experience working in the surrounding areas, including Deer Valley, Phoenix and Tempe, to help his clients with their needs.

It is Mark’s goal that each and every client he serves be rewarded for making the decision to let him represent them.
 

Alessandro Alu, Sales Associate
Alessandro Alu is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Arizona and Airport Property Specialists. He is dedicated to serving the needs of the business men and women in the Phoenix Metro area.

Alessandro has pursued several business leadership courses, including Dale Carnegie's Leadership Training as well as John Maxwell, Maximum Impact.

He moved to Arizona in 2005 from St. Louis where he endeavored in his own real estate investing prior to obtaining his license. He enjoyed the challenges that real estate had to offer and decided make it his profession. He is currently in pursuit of his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and will have that completed in 2008. Alessandro will also begin the fall of 2007 ground training school for his private pilots license.

Alessandro is very committed and determined to learning as much as he can about commercial real estate, specifically properties located in airparks.

Alessandro and Kenya Alu reside in Chandler, AZ with their daughter Hailey. The Alu's are active members of Gateway Life Church in Chandler AZ. They enjoy travel, visiting family and entertaining in their home.
 

Agus Lim, Sales Associate









 

Andrew Tarico, Sales Associate
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. He has been involved in commercial real estate for 9 years. He specializes in representing landlords and investors in leasing their properties and assisting tenants and buyers in finding the ideal property to suit their needs.

Andrew is involved with his family in sports and community activities here in the valley.


 

Beth Wendelken, Sales Associate









 

Hillary Coffelt
Hillary has been with Airport Property Specialists for 2 years. She brings her skill in administration, adeptness at communication, and eye for detail to our company as Property Management Assistant. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Western Michigan University.

Hillary and her son, Matthew, moved to the Phoenix area in 2005. They enjoy doing outdoor activities. Hillary is passing on her love of art to her son while doing projects together.

 

Misty Falkner
Misty has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She brings her experience in the mortgage industry, education, and accounting, as well as interpersonal skills to her position.

Misty is new to Arizona with her husband, Eric and their three children Chrissy, Ben, and Amanda. She enjoys spending time with her family and singing on the worship team at the church where Eric is on staff.
