Associate Broker & CCIM
Beth began her role with the company as John Meyer’s assistant in 2005. After earning her real estate license in 2006 she became active in sales and and was a successful agent. In 2009, she became an Associate Broker and went on to earn the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute in 2011. Today she manages every aspect of the company’s operations.
Currently, in addition to working for a select group of her own clients, Beth manages the business and financial departments of the company, overseeing a team of support staff. Beth, also, provides support to the brokerage division providing valuable insights earned through her experience and expertise gained through her studies. She manages and oversees much of the property management arm of the company, as well as providing administrative and managerial oversight for fuel-farm division and she has completed FAR 139 training and is a certified Class A operator on fuel storage systems.
Having developed a high-level of expertise in every aspect of the company’s business, Beth is the “go to” person for almost everything at the company. Beth’s ‘Mission’ it to meet the needs of the client with integrity and to provide solutions that are congruent with the clients objectives.
